Yeah, ACT and fflogs estimate DoTs a bit differently, and fflogs has always been more accurate in that regard. For BLM it was especially bad, likely due to AF modifying most but not all our damage, making ACT DoT calculation skew much higher than reality. So it would be common to see several hundred dps loss after uploading to fflogs, nicknamed "thunder tax"

DoT calculation is now apparently resolved a bit more properly in ACT, the approximation a lot closer to where fflogs estimates it, thus thunder tax being effectively "removed"

If you can drop some gil and it's not too expensive on your server, the 380 weapon might be a good investment, since weapons are generally harder to get than other gear, and make the biggest difference in ilvl and performance. Make sure to spend the mendacity you get from various roulettes on the 360 gear, that will give you the biggest boost for the least effort right now, I think.

you're generally not going to run into issues with sps unless you're super high sps, and even then you're usually fine unless you have like the worst proc luck

BLM scales pretty well with all secondaries so it's not too big a deal what you go with as long as you're at a playable sps for you
