Once you hit 32, you can earn a little bit of light while you do NM runs
not a lot but something while you get those pagos crystals.
My only worry is how long the NM train is going to keep up. Sometimes it just sorta hits a brick wall.

Oh I agree. The train isn't very efficient but for crystals, its still your best bet over what you are going to get in chain farming. You will have your lights done before you have enough pagos crystals if you only did chain groups.
But pagos was designed to be as unforgiving as possible and I do to know what the devs were planning with this.
Which has me worried for next expansion relic. I know a lot think they would never do this again, but I don't know. Right now the devs don't seem to keen in making people happy or enjoy earning their relic. I'm not sure what the goal was here?

Relic is the category for those types of weapons, so you have zodiak, anima, and elemental. If you did just zodiac and anima you'd have 1 wep for each job you do it on
Depends how hard you wanna go at it and the instances you get but I'd say 2-3 days of grinding and you'd have everything you want

I'm not entirely familiar with zenith and it's role in the zodiac quest chain, but for the zodiac and anima chains, its 1 wep in each chain
And you 'upgrade' that single weapon as you prgoress through the chain

Anima also allows you to use a zodiac weapon so that you can skip parts of the chain too
Youll be able to keep both if you wanted to
The reconditioned anima will continue to get upgraded without affecting the zodiac

What you could do is cast glamour on your main weapon with the form you like
Then as you progress through the chain, repeat the cast glamour on anything you may prefer
When you finish the entire chain you should be able to buy a replica for any step you wish (I could be wrong here, maybe someone can confirm)

You can buy replicas of the earlier forms for glamour.
For ARR Zodiac weapon you must complete the whole chain to be able to buy replicas.
for HW it's after getting the i210 step done
For SB it's once you get a complete Anemos weapon.

Anemos had the blizzards from Pagos. I'd imagine Pyros would have the weather from the 4th zone since I highly doubt the Relic quest would be that short with only maybe 3 forms.

That allows u to reach the lv 21-25 nms pretty easily without missing it
Reaching the level 26 is possible but the rest I wouldn't try unless you are with train
Reaching level 30 allows u to reach the top left aetheryte giving u access to 26 27 28 29 and 30 nms pretty easy
You could also run to the 31 32 33 34 35s if u wanted
At level 32 you get access to the top right and then its just NMs all the way 👀
Most people just suck it up and wait for nms/solo grind/challenge log
If challenge log too hard in pagos do it in anemos

Ok so, I thought of a gear progression like, getting to iL325 by using creation tomes so I can freely farm sigmascape, and from here getting to 350 by using normal sigmascape and ryumakyu gear before getting its upgraded versions.
Will this in the practice take as much as i'm thinking?
