savage and extremes are done through party finder, but i350 is kinda low for o8s
but you can put up a blind practice party and see if it fills
just keep in mind that savage is very difficult, you really need to know your job, do more-than-ok dps, know all the mechanics and how to handle them, and hope the other 7 people do as well
there's pinned getting-into-raiding guides here, o8s as a first savage fight isn't really a good choice

- Dark Knight - In order to overhaul the job based on 100% what the players wanted will require huge changes and they can't really afford to compromise the patch schedule for this. They'd try their best as humanly possible to implement those changes that deals with the core problems, along with understanding the intention of what players have addressed. But for now, they've adjusted the job to be much easier on usability, along with increasing the core potencies on both attack and defense side.
