It also didn't have the best balancing at the time
So if you had one or two players on what at the time were subpar jobs
You had much less leeway for mistakes in your play
The mechanics in the first phase of the fight were also just fairly tight
Alongside the second phase being a pretty strenuous heal/mit check in the first week
