The issue with GNB already was that it had insanely bursty damage. its 2 mins were already really focused with RNG, but you had a stable filler line so there wasn't too much variation, just like the other tanks.
Now? The filler got nerfed, and now we have even more bursty damage every 1 min. Sure, we have 3 more GCDs to hit that Crit % in but now if it lands on our filler its twice as worse
