Anyway, there are two dungeons that overlap between the quest Toughening Up and the eligible dungeons for Command Missions: The Wanderer's Palace (Hard), and Sohm Al.
However, the only requirement to advance this step is that you have the relic weapon equipped prior to clicking the exit portal.
So it's simpler to run them unsynced as high level jobs and swap to the weapon before exiting.

Currently healers are broadly split into "pure" healers, focusing on lots of power heals and regenerative abilities with some minor access to mitigation and perhaps a barrier here or there; and "barrier" healers, focusing on pre-damage absorption via HP shields and mitigation, with some minor access to a large heal or two and bit of regen.

I think that just falls under the broad category of "Resource Familiarity", which can really be applied to any of them. But yes, it does tend to be more responsive when the player is familiar with the fight versus, for example, a player who is trying to react to what's happening.

If the item has the unique tag then technically correct.
You can make use of separate inventories such as retainers and the saddlebag to swap out unique items
But it’s a hassle to do
