Gearing for 50-59 crafters can be a little tricky if you don't have weaver to make it yourself. At 60+ scrip gear is excellent and easily affordable just through custom deliveries.

Yeah, getting scrips is much easier if you can overgear. Otherwise you do run into the 'need scrips to get gear, need gear to get scrips' issue.
So getting some SB vendor gear to get your HW collectables is the easiest route.
But definitely don't neglect custom deliveries - they're some of the easiest scrips you can get each week.

The 4th dps can be whatever they want
A MCH probably wouldn't get partner since the melees in the group would overall be doing more
