To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. I talked to the NPC, and know the basics, But trying it without a dedicated practice or tutorial is extremely frustrating for me, (yes, I've tried casual)
I walk into a fight, try some skills, die somehow, and 60 seconds later the fight just ends?
I can't really just 'learn by doing' is I have no idea what's going on.

Start small. Head to the training dummy area, read through the skills you have available, start slapping to see what happens and what does what.

Mode is fairly straightforward: push the package the farthest to win. Progress is preserved, so even if you lose ground, you can still be in the lead.

If you get to the goal, you win. If no one gets to the goal, there's a short overtime, and at the end whoever got the farthest wins.

It's a 20s cooldown, so if you hold the Acclaim for those 20s and use it again, you will have another stack.

When you do meet the requirements, your map can be filled with these sidequest icons. When you swap to a job that does not meet the requirements (like from paladin to miner), a lot of these sidequests go away except for some that go red like this pic.

A: You will need to choose one of the winning plots and then complete the purchase procedure. The other plots will be treated as "failing to claim your plot of land during the results period despite having won the lottery" and a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid at entry.

Q: What happens if multiple free company members apply for one plot and win?

A: Every member holds a unique lottery number and only the member who has the winning number can proceed with the purchase. Other members will not be selected and will receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid at entry.
