Bosses have mechanics, dodge this, bait that, tankbuster, stack and share this damage. If you fuck up you get a vuln stack which means you take extra damage for the while, these stack up making you harder and harder to keep alive

Depends on what you define as "good" fashion, and how early in the game.

Vendors, generally speaking, aren't going to be selling glamour pieces - either of the level 1 variety, or of designs that people would typically consider "good".

You don't combine them. They're used as incremental currency to purchase the upgrade items for the three tiers of tomestone gear.

First tier tomestone gear (allegory) upgrade items require only the token from the first raid.

Second tier will require tokens from the first and second

Weapons tokens are from the Normal raid, they're unrelated to the coin tokens from the Alliance raids.

You exchange 7(4) weapon tokens + 500(1000) current tier tomestones for the weapon, then you still need the three Alliance tokens for the upgrade item later on.
