a) doing so would be a massive invasion of privacy and a gigantic logistical headache; and
b) technically sitting at your desk with a calculator and manually adding up every single entry in your Battle Log qualifies as using third-party software, and at that point we're in the in extremis territory and are being absurd
So it's a case of third-party software being against ToS, but unless you break another part of the ToS, like cheating or harassment, they aren't going to give a shit.

They don't have any good tools to work with, and they're only programmed so well, so if you get overzealous and try to force large pulls, you're going to have a bad time.

Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

I'm in the process of trying to level all my doh/dol classes via ishgard restoration / the firmament, and I find I'm constantly swimming in an inventory chock full of junk (like 2 pages worth) and I'm wondering if anybody has advice on ways to mitigate this problem?
I have space in my retainers' inventories but with how constantly I'm using a lot of this stuff, and how hard it is to keep track of what I need and what I don't, it seems like keeping it all on hand is just simplest.
I've thought about tossing out / storing away all non-approved items until I'm ready to go to the diadem again, perhaps that will help...

There's unfortunately not a lot you can do about a stalker in game. The only real way to avoid them is to transfer to another datacenter and change your name.
You can report them for harassment, but if there's no conversation log data, then SE can't do much about it.

Outside of that, you can Blacklist them so you won't see any whispers or conversations from them, and they won't be able to join any PF that you create.
You might still see them in DF groups though, since those are randomly assembled, but the chances of that are much lower.

If you know their character name, you should be able to just add it directly.
