You barely need to use any of your tools during dungeon bosses, so you should have heaps available for spot healing
And if someone dies from standing in too many things that's not really your fault
And you don't have an obligation to babysit them.
You spot heal up to a point but it's not your duty to carry

Hi All, I am hoping you can help me - this is about even logging into the game. I just bought FF14 and I am at the login screen on the launcher. However, I logged in with steam.
I don't have a password that I know of. I had played Guardians of the Galaxy on PS5 which apparently half created an account. When I go there to try "complete account" it says invalid token.

when I try to reset my password, it says my email is not associated with a square enix account
but - like I said - I am currently logged in via steam and it displays my correct email address

it's not like the gear you use while leveling would be hard to get again
If you really want to optimize you could keep the gear you buy with poetics and store it in the saddlebag or on a retainer for when you level the next job that needs it

Although I'm not sure off the top of my head—next time you see a glam piece you're curious about, when you pull up the Examine window (like you seem to have done), hover over the gear in question to pull up its info pane.
If it's a piece of armor that's been glamoured over, it'll have a plus sign on the armor icon (with colors matching the dye states), and the info pane will swap names back and forth between the actual piece of gear and the gear used for glamour (which will be shown with the plus sign in front of it).

The roles found isn't exactly reliable
Sometimes you'll be waiting 20 mins at 1 dps left
and sometimes you'll have instant pops when you're a single dps
