You can get by with a minimum of spells, honestly. High damage fast-casts like Sharpened Knife are useful though.
And Song of Torment can help since it's a dot.

They have a channel where you can ask for help recruiting for synced dungeon and trial runs to earn spells.

Are there any differences between mounts?
Some mounts allow multiple people (2/4/8) to ride at once, with all mounts having the same movement speed. A partial exception to this rule is the SDS Fenrir, a mount from the Mog Station. The SDS Fenrir acts as if you have the first mount speed boost obtained from completing specific quests in the story, making it a bit faster than other mounts, but only until completing the relevant story quests for that zone.
Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

Kind of. "floor-tank" in this context simply means you spend a lot of time dead. In Titan's map specifically, when you step off the arena edge you "fall", but that falling is an animation that plays once you step past the edge. If you use the DRG or the RDM backflip skill to flip over the edge, you immediately end up on the bottom because of your skill animation already playing.

By the time your chocobo reaches rank 20, it will have enough points to max all three trees. I will say however that you can basically ignore the tank tree and save it for last. I usually see people say healer then dps then tank.

IMO, a chocobo's damage is pretty meh, and they aren't very good tanks. They're better off healing while u dish out damage yourself, especially end game where the only time a chocobo does anything is probably in FATES, or side content like Bozja

By game enemies, no, they can't be "resisted". They used to be a crucial part of how Bard functioned, so ... it would be kind of fucked if a PvE enemy had an innate chance to just, you know, shut off your entire kit.

seems like they drop more similar to eden/pandaemonium where it has 8 drops instead of 8
For the Precision tokens from alexander, those are only used for the Unidentifiable materials for the anima weapon

Unless you’ve leveled every job you could possibly wear that ironworks past 50
Trust me you’ll regret throwing it away otherwise

Retainers are basically like your banks, since it’s dragoon armor make a lancer retainer if you haven’t already and use that when they reach level 50
Since reaper shares the same gear but starts at 70 there’s no real reason to keep maiming ironworks outside of retainers I guess
If you have no vested interest in that, turn them in for grand company seals as needed
But for other jobs I kept my ironworks gear for the sake that I would have to eventually use ut again when I leveled an alt job
Doesn’t really apply to dragoon or ninja left side

Typically Job Quests are contained within their expansions separately. If you have not reached the next expansion in , you need to continue the main story quests until you reach the next expansion, denoted by giant letters naming said expansion.

Mount functionality is also gated by msq so even if you buy one from the store you can't use it til you've unlocked mounts

You get a couple of mounts from the MSQ. Others can be bought on the market board for a very high premium, since they're typically rare or require rare materials.

If you already have the starter edition, you can't use the complete edition.
And only the starter comes with the 30 days of playtime - the complete has it because the starter is part of the package.
