You should also check to make sure your ACT plugins are all up to date as well. My overlays don't display if things are out of date. If you don't see a pop-up window when you start up ACT telling you that updates are available for things, check via the menus.

that said its also 11:13 pm
so very few people will be queueing for leveling / mentor roulette which is the only way people will queue for it unless another new tank / healer queues as well
