for SMN, savage has some mechanics where it's beneficial to preposition your carbuncle before using Searing Light so that it can reach the whole party, that's really the only case where it's applicable

heat blasts only, the 100 potency on other gcd's doesn't make up for the cooldown reduction + more actions in a wildfire + heat blasts may seem low potency but yeah you go faster than usual

Prior to ShB, both the unaugmented versions and the augmentation items remained available, and it was necessary to purchase the unaugmented versions and the upgrade items in order to get the augmented ones.

The only ways to transfer gil/items between your own characters are to either use a trusted intermediary player, or use the MB to "sell" the items to yourself. Unless you have a personal FC or FC where you have access to the whole bank and nobody will take things while you're putting them in and out.

Because for the MB option, you'd have to list the gear you're dyeing at stupid high prices to keep other people from buying it once it's dyed.

How long is "some time"? Because it can sometimes take up to a week before you hear anything.
It also depends on the response you received in your email. If it asked for more information, and told you to update your ticket, then you should do that. If it said the ticket is closed, then the ticket is closed.

it effectively lowers the number of actions you need to take to push quality, so failing the process due to durability reaching 0 is less likely
All in theory ofc, it's perfectly possible to craft HQ items without any HQ mats. Just depends on your gear, rotation and food buffs

There's not really a good answer for that as any hotbar setup is just what works for that person. And you need to figure out what works for you.
For controllers I'd advise splitting your aoe and single target setups across 2 hotbars. Don't be afraid to duplicate a lot across both as it helps build better muscle memory

That doesn't change anything, You're acting as if community organizing is not present regardless of in-game functionality (in this case it's not) but that's the case on other games. Such is the case with RuneScape for example; they have discords dedicated to finding CoX teams and ToB teams despite the fact that there are official worlds and even clan chats for them.
This is why i'm asking, It would be great if in the future we would stop assuming as though this would just be common knowledge, especially for newer players like myself who do not have the knowledge and experience on the game. thanks.

I just wanna put this here cause I was getting a tonne of direct x crashes on a new intel 12th gen build and the cause was the memory running in Gear 2 (1:2 mode ) switched it to Gear 1 (1:1) and no more crashing , no changes mhz and timings. 1:1 did slightly bump SA voltage tho
