dunno if this is an unpopular opinion but, tanks in most cases are less stressful than dps, with dungeons being the only exception. Tanks have a far easier rotation and have a much better time focusing on doing mechanics than dps. MCH and SMN might be the only exception, somehow having an even easier rotation + range

question for those of you much more experienced than I. i gave the game a shot after bouncing off of it a couple years back and im getting sucked in. thing is im now living in jp with a toon on behemoth and im kind of wondering if i should jump on the oce train for rewards plus time zone and language vs coughing up 18 bucks to transfer to one of the jp servers for ping+time zone but my japanese isnt very good and it seems eng only life might be hard if i cant transfer into tonberry plus with ppl leaving to oce. or i could just say w.e and stay put.

How do I get Grand Company Seals?

You can use these seals to promote yourself to higher ranks from the Personnel Officer. 'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest.
