Warrior is pretty great, and tanking is about as easy as turning on tank stance, aoe twice, run to the next group, aoe. The only part that requires any real forethought is just making sure your properly cycling through your defensive cds

there kinda is, but it's dumb and scuffed. since only 'combat' xp consumes rested xp bar, doing non-combat stuff like completing quests will not consume rested xp, but unless it's MSQ you get pretty trivial amounts of quest xp, and you usually kill stuff for quests, consuming the rested xp.
