depends on what you intend to do at end-game for your crafters tbh
if you are interested in doing a fair bit of crafting (or being very serious in end-game crafting) you should get HQ crafted gear and meld it

The crafted gear is better even before overmelding. Honestly you can make it yourself if you have all crafters to 90 (even in white scrip gear). It is what I did.

The ones on PSN are the normal and collector's edition of Endwalker, which is just DLC. If you don't own the standard edition already you won't be able to use either one.
