It'd be pretty hard to mass produce gil like before, but you can make a little gil by gathering the items yourself, making them, then turning them in.
Since they generally lowered the gil rewards while jacking up the amount of stuff you have to hand in.

hello everyone. I'm new to FF14 and still playing in the trial version. Last night I've decided that I want to stay and change my trial account to a subscription (I also bought the Shadowbringers addon and have the key right here). Two major problems so far:
- When I try to redeem the Shadowbringers code in the mog station, it says "invalid code", which is probably a result of my account still being trial and "inactive"
- When I try to "Purchase Full Version" in the mog station, I get a "Error -24201" message proclaiming that due to maintenance the site cannot be accessed
So my questions are if there really is maintenance or if this is part of the "we stopped sales"-shenanigans that is going on since Endwalker launch and if there is another way to transform my trial account into a subscription account.

When doing content at the level cap of old expansions(50/60/70/80) you'll get a currency called "allagan tomestones of poetics" , once you finish the base expansion you can buy gear that's at the level cap of that expansion. This will make the patches easier and will last til level x4/x5 of the next expansion once you get there. This keeps gearing nice and braindead til CURRENT endgame
