Pretty much anyone actually in the BSF/Z zones are there farming experience for classes. Anyone else is likely not going to be anywhere near the zones considering the first floor of the 8-man raids and its savage version is the current focused content.

It depends on what kind of glamour you're looking for and for what class you want the glamour for.
Some classes have really good-looking AF gear that work well in an outfit.
And you get this class gear for free by doing your job quests.
Equipment on the market board will always be overpriced because players are trying to turn a profit.
But you'll generally have to invest gil to level up crafters quickly unless you do all the gathering yourself.
But there's ALSO equipment for glamour that can only be gotten from dungeons, raiding, and doing things like treasure maps and fishing.
Though, these will generally require you to clear the MSQ.
