Passage of Arms is good for obviously telegraphed raidwides where you don't have anything to do because the boss is untargetable
Divine Veil I typically use somewhere in a healer check, as an added heal and small shield to help (since as soon as I get healed it'll go off)
I use Intervention whenever my cotank is about to get slapped with a tank buster
Passage of Arms is good but unfortunately has limited uses because you can't be doing anything else during it

also the whole "proactive" part is overblown, SCH does a lot of reactive healing and has plenty of tools to do it, you can map your cooldowns more efficiently when you know the encounters, but it's not like you'll fall behind and wipe if you don't precast heals every aoe or whatever

like yeah you can mitigate aoes better if you sacred soil/whateverpsis before the hits, but you can easily just recover from it and once you've seen the skill that's the big aoe, well you know the name for next cast
same for tank busters(although in EW they all have visuals so they're easy to spot), you just see the name, and next one you can excog or whatever while it's casting instead of after

Are there any differences between mounts?
Some mounts allow multiple people (2/4/8) to ride at once, with all mounts having the same movement speed. A partial exception to this rule is the SDS Fenrir, a mount from the Mog Station. The SDS Fenrir acts as if you have the first mount speed boost obtained from completing specific quests in the story, making it a bit faster than other mounts, but only until completing the relevant story quests for that zone.
Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.
