As far as I'm aware, each collectible only has one purpose. That one's is to be reduced.

Just go into bozja and shout cluster farm. Though most people right now are in z3. And pulling mobs into the fates. Alternative is use party finder and say cluster farm bozja.

Usually /shout for one in the instance, but currently most groups are focused on fate farming for exp.

Some of the fate groups will pull the extra mobs while waiting for a fate to spawn though. I've gotten a bunch of clusters from that, but not as many as a dedicated cluster group.

you can just run it 3 times in 1 day if you want but you don't get the leveling roulette bonus exp for the other 2 times

The typically recommended chocobo skill point allocation is to get 4 ranks into the healing tree for choco cure, followed by maxing out the DPS tree. You can eventually max out every tree, though to level your chocobo past rank 10 you will need Thavnairian Onions

Difficulty is subjective to the player. All tiers of stuff are designed to be challenging to the player base and even a casual can get an ultimate clear given they can use a brain cell or two. Don’t overthink it, go in and wipe 5,10,1000 times. Get your clear. At the end of the day a clear is a clear and difficulty will be removed over time

How do I unlock melding?

Complete Forging the Spirit (materia extract/npc melding) and Waking the Spirit (player melding) in Central Thanalan.

How can I get my gear melded?

To meld visible Materia slots a NPC melder in any major city will do (marked with a Blue Materia icon on the map). To overmeld gear you'll need to request another player to meld your gear or to do it yourself.

Why can't I meld this Materia to my stuff?

Every Tier of Materia has a minimum item level requirement that gear must meet to allow melding of that Tier. Tier 6 Materia requires an item level of 290 while Tiers 7 and 8 require an item level of 420.

Why is my meld giving +0 stats?

Every item has a maximum amount of stats that can be given through melding and the natural stats found on the gear. This can be seen at the bottom of the Materia Melding menu, as seen in the picture below.

The secondary stat with a higher number is already at the cap and cannot be further melded.

Looked up some details online and it says you need salmon roe as bait, which I'm using, but I've been fishing at this damn river for 30 minutes and haven't caught a single one. Tried both using patience + hooking and just regular fishing, and zilch. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
