Well yes, but actually no because free trial incentivizes playing -> paying for the full game. People who have the money will buy it immediately, while cautious people won't.
So if they can't play it in the first place, only makes sense that they aren't convinced to buy the full game just yet cause they haven't got a taste.

i.e I preordered Endwalker but due to having my creditcard changed before now (and thus before the payment was drawn) the payment failed so today I tried to buy Endwalker again, but it doesn't work at all, I always get "There is a problem with your credit card. Please try another card", yet the card works perfect for everything else, I also tried have my friend buy it for me with his card it still didn't work. I tried to use PayPal but that also didn't work it just gave another error something along the lines of "The payment has been canceled" before I could even do anything.

Servers can also drop u off if your ping spikes or is inconsistent. More often than not you can just req and get your spot back. Annoying problem, and SE has been doing their best to prevent it. Only so much can be done w/ rewriting and pushign out scripts for servers

Wondrous Tails

Wondrous Tails are unlocked by speaking to the Unctuous Adventurer for the quest Keeping Up with the Aliapohs in Idyllshire upon reaching level 60 with at least one combat class.

Speaking with Khloe Aliapoh afterwards will give you a journal that has a series of random combat challenges to be completed which award you with a sticker that appears on the right-hand side of the journal. This journal can be accessed from the key items section of your inventory.

Your goal is to try and collect 9 stickers from completing those challenges. The stickers will appear in a random location on the 4x4 grid, but can occasionally align and form a straight line of 4, which can award you with additional rewards. Multiple line orientations are possible, with 3 lines being the most difficult to accomplish. Here is an image that shows how your stickers can be lined up so you can have the highest chance of 3 lines. Use the 'second chance' points you earn from completing content with new players to shuffle your 4x4 board around to try for 3 lines!
