i see... but i dont see any problem in being a little behind with your FC, you can ask some of them to help you level up too, spamming dungeons, getting EXP buffs, etc
and i love the process of learning a new job, its a pleasure in itself, so i think its a 100% worth it, but up to personal preference really... just try, if you dont feel confortable, go back to your old job, you loose nothing really

Well, you don't have to do Prae over and over.
Just do your daily roulettes.
Normal Raid flies by in around 10 minutes or less once you start doing those.
That will give you like 100 poetics easily.
Your daily alliance raid will easily give you close to 200 poetics in about 20 minutes of play.
Your 50/60/70 dungeons also give a good chunk of poetics, but take considerably longer.
I don't actively grind poetics.
I just get them as a consequence of doing things I'd normally do to have fun.
