So you need to pick your main and secondary sub stat

Basically, it's like this,
the ilv of Ucob is i345, so let's look at Bonewicca Ring of Fending
This piece of gear of max stats on main stats: +141 Vitality, +132 Strength

Then have the primary substat Determination +120, and secondary substat Critical Hit +84

This means, the sync cap for ilv 345 content is +141 Vitality, +132 Strength, and +120 for all substats

for Gear with i418 and above, both of your substats will be at least +120

Which means you will cap both your substats when you sync down

Now, usual equipment only have 2 substats

However, relic can have up to 4

So a ShB relic will be able to max out all 4 sub stats

Compared to a regular weapon only being able to max out 2 sub stats

Thus gaining an advantage

so if a gear has no det on it then it wont max det when synced down even though it has high enough ilevel

Read tooltips while adding them back one by one while using them on a striking dummy

The big crown is being a mentor in both crafting and combat; the crown with a sword is a combat mentor, and is generally the harder one to obtain because you need 1500 commendations on top of a maxed tank, healer and dps (I think); crown with hammer is crafting mentor, and is what people do just to have a crown so they can abuse helping people in novice network for leveling their lower level jobs or whatever.. kinda scummy change my mind
