Basically I preodered the Collector Edition of the game like 20 minutes after it was available, and since then, it's still not "accepted". I've sent them a few e-mails asking them why is there nothing yet, because I still didnt got my code or anything despite preordering the game. And to reply a few questions already, yes I did check emails but theres nothing, no I didnt bought it yet as I dont have it available somehow, and SE's customer service tells me that "my case is special" and "that I didn't preordered the game", despite my order clearly showing both physical and digital edition of the game, and the code is in them.
