There are lists online but I would recommend doing them all. You can swap if you want to, completely up to you. I prefer focusing on one class at a time to have a deeper understanding of how it performs. Do what is fun!
The quests related to the relic weapons you can skip unless you are interested in the story/glam.

To use the upcoming Ocean Voyage as an example, it’ll have the chance of giving the Z2 and Z3 spectral Intuition fish, which means the general point gain per fish in those spectral are low. This makes Identical Cast and Double Hook not good points unless it helps you complete the Voyage Missions.
While in Z1, you’ll have the Sea Nettle and Roguesaurus to use Identical Cast and Double Hook on for large point gain.
Of course you do get a MASSIVE +50% point bonus if your party manages to catch 3 Spectral Intuition fish, but this is very hard to do and not really something you expect outside of a party purely for getting those fish.

the specific job doesn't matter, but ideally it's one you have leveled since their level cap is how high you have said job leveled
