But HW PLD in comparison was VERY weak

Since back in HW days you couldn’t block magic damage, and a good amount of tank busters back then were magic

And Sheltron only worked on your next damage taken, instead of a short duration

So PLD in most fights were pretty weak compared to DRK who has a dedicated magic mitigation skill

Generally they don't do refunds, but you can try contacting customer support for help

You need certain spells in order to deal with his 2nd and 3rd act

Physical spells (like Drill Missile) to deal with 2nd act, and Loom to escape his instakill in 3rd act

the system prefers to complete parties so it makes sense if there is a lot of low level players who only have access to low level content, you will be doing low level content
