We did the first five unsynced with one other person, then unlocked the next four. But when we tried to do them, it said they didn't meet the item level requirement...but their gear was IL 240 and higher. We were really puzzled and I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this and knows what the cause could be and how to fix it. (edited)

Hello, I just got a new laptop (katana GF66, intel core i7) and I can't seem to run the game whenever the AC Adaptor is plugged in. If I try to start the game while plugged, the laptop shuts down. If the game is open (playing on battery) and I plug in the AC adaptor to recharge, same thing happens. Getting random FPS drops in shadowbringer zones, the oddest part being FPS drops in cutscenes, specifically during a cutscene in an isolated small cave, so there was not much being rendered. Il Mheg is another zone where random FPS drops occur. Losing 20-30 fps for maybe a few seconds, then back to normal. Hitting 120fps+ at max normally, turned down settings and while I get higher fps (200+) I still get these random frame drops which are very noticable. Not sure what to do

The idea is the fish out 7-10 of Ichthyosaurs using a large spear rig to spawn a hidden node (which requires Truth of Oceans to be active)

There are 3 possible fish (including the Ichthyosaurs) you can get from using a large spear rig on that node.
Use Veteran Trade to ignore one species of it, so u only have 2 possible fish to find

When the hidden node spawns, u can use any rig u want to find the Dafangshi. Whether they appear as HQ or not is up to RNG

If you run out of spearfishing attempts, u gotta repeat the entire process again of finding the Ichthyosaurs

Unlike Dark Knight, Astrologian, and Machinist who are accessible only in HW and start at lv 30

For now go with Ninja, meaning starting as a Rogue. You'll unlock Ninja at lv 30 Rogue.
Once u hit lv 50 as a Ninja, u can unlock Red Mage and choose which playstyle u like

'How can I unlock Flying?'

Flying is unlocked in A Realm Reborn zones simply by completing the level 50 story quest 'The Ultimate Weapon'.

Flying is further unlocked in the expansions through the collecting of a zone's Aether Currents, with every zone having ten 'green' Aether Currents found in the overworld and five 'yellow' Aether Currents obtained through the MSQ and side quests marked with a plus sign. 'Where can I find the green Aether Currents?'

When can I get my first mount?
The quest that allows you to use mounts, ''My Little Chocobo'', is unlocked by completing the level 20 main story quest ''The Company You Keep''. The quest is located at the Grand Company base you chose, and you'll need to buy a Chocobo Issuance from your Grand Company Quartermaster. You can get the 200 required Grand Company seals by doing the main story quest that comes immediately after ''The Company You Keep''.

Are there any differences between mounts?
Some mounts allow multiple people (2/4/8) to ride at once, with all mounts having the same movement speed. A partial exception to this rule is the SDS Fenrir, a mount from the Mog Station. The SDS Fenrir acts as if you have the first mount speed boost obtained from completing specific quests in the story, making it a bit faster than other mounts, but only until completing the relevant story quests for that zone.

Can I make my mount faster?
Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

for 60-70 you also have the stormblood beast tribes which are pretty good exp
and for 70-80 people love using bozja to level
