Apply your dot, you'll eventually get a second. Then spam your one attacking skill and straight shot if you get a proc. If you want full details of all your skills as you level. Weskalber on YouTube has guides for all jobs

You don't want to save 2-3 set of gears because one crafter is 20 levels behind
And it is easier to be self sufficient when every crafters and gatherers are within a small level range
Gatherer get level appropriate gears from you crafters so they are more efficient at gathering materials
And your crafters will have an easier time to make stuff to earn exp. Then they can make improved gears for themselves and for the gatherers

"Disciple of War" gear is generally designated for physical dps, not tanks. The former piece is tank gear (since it specifically lists the tank jobs on it).
You should generally prioritize using tank gear on tank jobs since the def/mdef is more important for you compared to the minor stat increases. It's not the biggest deal but it's still generally the better practice to do, even if the recommended gear button says otherwise

Do "experts" really observe others so tightly that they know what rotations they are going wrong with? Is observing another player doing their rotation kind of nit picking a bit.
