'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms. You can unlock the ability to glamour by doing the level 15 quests 'If I Had a Glamour' in Vesper Bay, West Thanalan. Although not required, you can unlock the ability to dye gear with the nearby quest 'Color Your World'. You can get the Orange Juice needed by talking to the nearby Merchant & Mender. Items used for glamouring are not lost upon use.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. After clicking this you choose the item you want the appearance on the right half of the menu that opened up. You can get more Glamour Prisms by either crafting them after completing the quest 'Absolutely Glamourous', buying them from your Grand Company Quartermaster, or buying them from the marketboard.

Is Ishgardian restoration/diadem still an optimal choice for it? Or is it just the option for Power leveling? Should I just hold off an finish my msq until this is available?

Or is levequest/class quest still a feasible option, esp with Road to 70 buff available on my server? On some days I just like to gather here and there and try to get a brake move going on (5 levels each and maybe do the class quest).

Inventory, gil and time is a concern, so I could use any advice on going there.

Leveling roulette gives GC seals, GC Hunting Log gives GC seals, and once you reach the second tier of ranks you can sell your green/blue equipment to the Grand Company for seals through the Expert Delivery menu

I'm not sure what other methods there are, but if you're a healer or have a healer above 16, one of the best ways is to just spam leveling roulette after you've completed the first tier of GC hunting log
