In my opinion the hunting log is great for quickly boosting a low level class. It’s usefulness falls off later which you more exp sources.

What are Role Quests?

Role Quests serve as a replacement for Job-specific quests for Shadowbringers and are split into four categories (Tank, Healer, Physical DPS, and Magical DPS). These are unlocked with the quest 'Warrior of Darkness' at 71 and all start in the Crystarium around x10-11, y15-16.

At least one of these Role Quest series must be entirely completed in order to complete the Shadowbringers story. Completion of these quests, along with having the appropriate Job at 80, is also required to claim job-specific level 80 i430 gear from Grenoldt in The Tempest.

No, not even close - open your PVP Actions menu from the Character menu at the bottom. Your PVP hotbars are totally seperate from PVE hotbars and the move set is recognizable but COMPLETELY different. Hope that makes sense

Which Grand Company should I choose?

The only differences between the three Grand Companies are the looks of the equipment and where they're located. How do I get Grand Company Seals?

You can get more seals mainly by completing your Grand Company Hunting Log (Go to the Hunting Log and click on the GC icon), completing FATEs, and turning in crafted/gathered items to the Personnel Officer if you have crafting or gathering classes unlocked. Once you are Sergeant 2nd Class you can turn in Pink/Green/Blue-rarity gear in exchange for more seals.
