Typically Job Quests are contained within their expansions separately. If you have not reached the next expansion in , you need to continue the main story quests until you reach the next expansion, denoted by giant letters naming said expansion.

'When can I get my first mount?'

The quest that allows you to use mounts, 'My Little Chocobo' is unlocked by completing the level 20 main story quest 'The Company You Keep'. The quest is located at the Grand Company base you chose and you'll need to buy the Chocobo Issuance from your Grand Company Quartermaster. You can get the 200 needed Grand Company seals by doing the main story quest that comes after 'The Company You Keep'.

'Are there any differences between mounts?'

Besides looks, all mounts are the same speed along with being able to fly. Some mounts allow multiple people to ride at once.

'Can I make my mount faster?'

Zones have one or two ranks of mount speed that increase the ground speed of mounts. The first rank comes from completing specific quests in the main scenario quests, with the second rank coming from Riding Maps which are bought with either Allied Seals, Centurio Seals, or Bicolor Gemstones. Mount Speed Boosts do not increase the flying speed of mounts.

That's Rested Experience, which is an extra source of bonus experience shared between all of your classes. then give them a class

have venture tokens in hand (you get a few from the quest), send them out on a venture

you'd need to give it an ARR class first

since to be able to give it a expansion jobs, they need to be 1. be the appropriate level (30 for heavenward jobs) and 2. you need a modern vocation in your possession (can buy with venture tokens from the retainer vocate)

Running potd for the sacks in a fixed team to get the gold and iron sacks from 101+
Farming bozja/zadnor lootboxes for the rare drops
Getting a party together to farm extreme trials for weapon drops and either selling the material from desynth (1 crafter potentially) or making a weapon and selling it (multiple crafters potentially unless you buy the mats you can't make)

The most important thing to remember

To make REALLY good money with crafting you need to either
A) Go all in with all crafters and make endgame-ish crafts
B) Find a market that has good demand and low supply that you can jump in on
