if you are past 3.3 in the MSQ, ||ishgard restoration|| is the fastest way to level crafters. a bit expensive maybe, but fast. i recommend beast tribes though, they give a ton of xp and are free, they are just daily locked so it might take a bit, so i would combine beast tribes with gc turn ins and leves as stated before

most buff windows are 60s intervals anyway, and youll be in trances or demi summons during that, so egi assualt optimization is centered around movement and not losing gcds while moving compared to fitting them in buff windows

The only differences between the three Grand Companies are the looks of the equipment and where they're located. How do I get Grand Company Seals?

You can get more seals mainly by completing your Grand Company Hunting Log (Go to the Hunting Log and click on the GC icon), completing FATEs, and turning in crafted/gathered items to the Personnel Officer if you have crafting or gathering classes unlocked. Once you are Sergeant 2nd Class you can turn in Pink/Green/Blue-rarity gear in exchange for more seals.

level 50 it's in Mor Dhona or any of the main cities, for 60 it's in Idyllshire or Ishgard, for 70 It's Rhalgr's Reach or Kugane, 80 it's in Eulmore
