I became the master of the FC by default. 😆 I tried disbanding the company and failed due to me not being able to kick people out. I have also promoted someone to master hoping a "Leave" button would appear...to which it hasn't. Does anyone know a work around to this?

I'm fairly sure it just uses a directx interpreter to opengl on OSX anyways so you'll get better performance using bootcamp or proton

No lock on raids, any job at any time given proper level (jobs level individually), there's some weekly stuff but that's way the hell later for you, and you do need different gear for some jobs. Melee dps tend to share jewlery, tanks share gear, healers share gear, ranged dps share gear, and casters share gear.

Normally I do like seeing something going up per level. I like the sense of progression, so I like doing all the side quests, and seeing the number goes up.

But I also wouldn't want the cost to go up along with it though, cause then that sense of progression becomes less impactful to me cause it just feels the same.

It's like in AC Odyssey alot of people complained that the enemy leveled up with you, so although you did leveled up you ended up not feeling that sense of growth in a RPG.

So I think current MP is better too than, lol XD

basically just place, heel, and sic

and you can place those on your normal hotbar through the pet section of the actions and trait menu
