Some maybe - in Expansions the raids come with a Normal mode (casual) and a Savage mode (Hardcore). The Normal modes are good story and relevant to their expac in some way

A single hunt train takes about 15 minutes, and is usually chained one server after another on a given DC. So if you catch the beginning of the chain, and at least 6 servers are in the chain, you can actually get it done in a single day, although I wouldn't bank on that

Coils has amazing story, I'd recommend you do it just for that. Also there's a BLU achievement that requires you do the 5th, 9th and 13th fight synced with echo off.

Join Faloop and configure your notifications so you get pinged when a hunt starts. When you see the notification, just blitz over to that world and region, depending on your DC you either organize groups in shoutchat or PF. Then the train leader will lead you to each A-rank, 2 per zone, you kill it very quickly, then the next mark. It's very neatly organized.

Glamour can be anything and everything - some is crafted, some from raids, some from NPCs with currency, some from the Gold Saucer. You know what I mean? Its just all out there, everywhere

Cunning and Acceleration are at 295 each and I have 10 training sessions left. Where should I invest? Generally it doesnt matter much since I've done all challenges and only use it to supersprint Sagolii Desert, but for the rare occasion that another player joins I guess I should go for Cunning for faster turning?

Blue quests are for unlocking SOMETHING. New job, new dungeon, etc. etc. And these are good to do

Hi all, I recently unlocked the DRK and have managed to level it to 43 through dungeons,fates,POTD and without the MSQ I am finding it painfully slow to level without getting bored of the game(which I really don't want) Does anyone have any advice to level slightly quicker or any tips? Better to compare the Item Level and main stats more than anything else. Item level is always king, highest item level stuff is what you go for when leveling up

Blue quests always unlock something. If it's just a dungeon it's a quick one and done. If it's your job quests they're pretty much mandatory as they unlock your skills.

In the post game of every expansion there's a trial series, a raid series and an alliance raid series each locked behind more blue quests. These are where the more interesting fights, stories and cutscenes usually are

What do all these quest icons mean?

- These are how you reach the endgame and every other bit of content is locked behind it to some extent. MANDATORY
- These unlock a feature, instanced content, job actions, or a thing that is important for you to have. Do the ones related to your job/class and ones that unlock new content
- These usually have very little exp/gil as reward and are usually just part of the world/lore expansion. Mostly optional unless you are interested in doing them for the fluff
- These are quests you can do more than once, how often you can repeat it is up to the individual quest.
