Equipping whatever has the highest level is almost always the answer, theres a button above your character on the char screen that will equip the recommended gear for you

Oh, and getting a house is NOT EASY, when a house is vacated it becomes un-buyable for a random period of time, like totally random in that you'll never know. And you'll find like 10 or 20 people spamming for 20 or 40 or 80 hours to try to buy it alongside you, where only one of you will get lucky enough

You can try buying vendor gear for jobs you are leveling from NPCs, or materials to level crafters, theres not too much without access to the market board tbh

is there some sort of requirement for the quest to populate in his inventory
or am i missing something
