I spent all the gil I had on the post shadowbringers mainstory quest in order to get to the minimum item level requirements, just as a sort of band-aid fix to get through the content on my msq job. Considering I am fully out of Gil, as I begin to level alts I will have none to use to get entry level gear for higher end content. Is there a city where you can spend tombstones and the like to gear up alt classes, like what rhalgrs reach offers for level 70 jobs, what idyllshire offers for 60, etc. Etc. I'm almost at the end of 5.5 so I might not have reached it yet, or might've missed it entirely

what ilvl is the tomestone gear if you don't mind me asking? I got all 510 pieces when I bought them because that was the highest available in the marketplace and just seemed like it would save me trouble down the line

To be fair, none-MMO’s charge a lot for DLC’s as well. I won’t deny that XIV is expensive, but I think expansion costs are reasonable.
