I tried to ask this in my server's novice network but it accidentally triggered a bunch of squabbling between healer mains lol: when should I be using regen? Should I be using it on the tank during pulls? If I don't, the tank takes a lot of damage and I spend most of my time (and mp) keeping them alive. I have next to no damage window opportunities.

If you have two strong dps, and the tank is doing serious pulls, just keep them alive.

Optimization in endgame only comes in when you can afford to never use GCD heals, then in that case oGCDs are better

But if you use GCD heals, then Regen is the best one

Obviously don’t apply it multiple times

you should use it more often

it's also fairly powerful so you can pop it and be able to focus on damage for a sec and kill the dudes faster

so no reason not to use it if u can

when the tank stops, a combination of holy spam + assize should keep him healthy

you generally don't need to regen during the trash pack

lilies + tetra + benison are also powerful to keep your damage spells rolling while still healing

best thing you can do is sprint and follow the tank or stay ahead of him and just spam aero on enemies while moving

oh, and don't save benediction

just fuckin blow it if you need to

let the tank get low, bene him, and push out more dps
