There are, however, a handful of optional leveling dungeons, which you should definitely take the time to go unlock. The ones from ARR fill in level gaps where there wasn't a dungeon in the MSQ, but having one is helpful for leveling alt jobs, and the ones in HW and SB (one each) are associated with an aethercurrent, which you need for flying.

Basically NPCs associated with your Grand Company (which you get at level 20) who you can use to run certain ARR dungeons with, or send on missions to get you various personal buffs and convenience tickets.

Those stat differences you see stay the exact same at level 80, when you have thousands of the stat

So a race having 3-6 less mind means nothing at level cap, and basically means nothing for anything but super low level content
