Well the issue for you is really more your lvl. You can't glamour a piece of higher level gear onto a lower one. Though purely cosmetic items are usually lvl 1

(WHM btw) So I've noticed that sometimes in raids, even tho I'm in the very back or last one to enter the room, when the tank engages some of the mobs automatically target me before I've even started healing or anything, regen is also not active on the tank. Is it normal for mobs to just straight go for me sometimes?

unfortunately my "free trial" is considered a service account. perhaps the free trial until lvl 60 is a recent thing and it doesnt count to my trial that i began 2-3 years ago

Im crafting and I use the skill Veneration where synthesis actions only use 50% of the durability.
I use that skill, use carefull synthesis and for some reason it doesn't use the 50%
