There's no bug exactly, it's just a fight that's designed in such a way that it causes problems now that players are higher geared. You must stop dpsing Halicarnassus immediately when adds appear

And in general just take care to dps her slowly

If she falls below a certain HP threshold while adds are still alive she will immediately eat them and do high damage.

You can only repair it yourself if durability is under 100%, and repairing it yourself adds 100%

What do all these quest icons mean?

- These are how you reach the endgame and every other bit of content is locked behind it to some extent. MANDATORY
- These unlock a feature, instanced content, job actions, or a thing that is important for you to have. Do the ones related to your job/class and ones that unlock new content
- These usually have very little exp/gil as reward and are usually just part of the world/lore expansion. Mostly optional unless you are interested in doing them for the fluff
- These are quests you can do more than once, how often you can repeat it is up to the individual quest.
