It's exactly what i want to do : level one of each role so endgame i can chose the one i prefer. And then level up the different type of dps once i hit lvl max (mage/range/melee) ect. As a casual i think i'll will be my thing : try to level up all jobs (i level up crafting jobs too x) )

How do I unlock my job?

To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. To unlock your class' job you need to be level 30, complete all of your class quests and the main scenario quest 'Sylph Management' (lvl 20 quest) to be able to pick up your job unlock quest. Once you've done the initial unlock quest, you will be given a soul crystal which you must equip to become your class' job.
