A year later ended up picking up FF14 and I just made my gladiator (love bein a tank). Is the community in this game more welcoming and will I be able to find a guild easily for raids and such?

(there's a third party program someone used to make the impossible markers that are commonly used, but saving someone else's is in game and perfectly fine)
