As a heads up, you'll get introduced to a zone called Bozjan Southern Front. You will have an option to get relic steps down outside it, however, you still will need to level a stat called mettle in BSF to level 10 and complete the story there to continue the relic. The alternate methods of acquiring materials will not replace your need to do the Bozja content as well.

You won’t be able to solo The Wanderer’s palace at 50, but the other two dungeons (Halatali and Qarn) will definitely be doable with good level 50 gear like ironworks

You got hit by the ice debuff twice, which instant kills.
Normally in an 8-man party the ice dragon hits different people with it, and you use the fire tether to get rid of the ice debuffs
But since you’re solo you’re the only target for the ice dragon so it hits you twice for an instant kill
Basically you need to slowly nudge Nael’s health to just before she enters that phase, signaled by her using Bahamut’s Favor, and then super quickly burst her down before the ice dragon hits you twice

Train them 3 times a day before sending them on the 18 hour mission, assuming you’re on for 4 hours a day at roughly the same time. You’ll get there either way. If you have any classes to level command missions can be a decent source of exp if you want to kill two birds with one stone

You can’t use that glam if you’re under a different GC IIRC so if you’re fond of it/using it currently you might want to avoid it. There’s also a delay before being able to swap back

Not really.
You can try the recruitment channels but those are for more long-term stuff like Free Comanies (player guilds) and groups for endgame content.
