Get antique tokens from level 50 dungeons and trade them in Mor Dhona for the i90 gear. But them you'll need to upgrade to the augmented versions to get dyeable versions.

Recommend you try out “legacy mode” controls in character configuration
Most players find it much more intuitive
Then you can get rid of the q/e binds and use those buttons for combat skills instead.
If you stay in Standard mode, then rebind a/d to strafe and again get rid of q/e binds
