Yeah, there's Tomestones of Allegory and Tomestones of Revelation at level 80. What happens is when Endwalker comes out, those will be changed into Tomestones of Poetics, and some new currency will come out for the level 90 gear.

Okay so assuming you aren't just being silly and haven't done the costa del sol unlock quest or it's just already in your journal then your problem is probably that you never actually did the "leves of Horizon" quest in Horizon. You need to do that to get access to all other leves since you started in Ul'dah

This is just a pick-up realignment, it's there for when shit hits the fan...which it shouldnt if you didnt die/were focused on rotation, so yeah, keep it in mind, as something to fall back into, but dont abuse it

They don't have any synching in them--you're already capable of doing them at max gear, so there's no 'synch' to 'un' yet. When the level cap raises, that will change.
