There are some hard fights where you have to switch tanks after a certain number of debuffs due to stacking defensive down debuffs the boss throws out. This is where the SHIRK ability comes into play.
However, most fights Whomever throws on tank aggro skill ends up being the main tank. I'll keep my aggro skill off in that scenario and only turn it back on if the main tank dies

But they don't let me reset my mogstation password because all the password reset portals take me back to square enix account.
Which is where the worry of having to reinstall FFXIV, Solely to reset the password of Mogstation being a hassle comes from

I'd guess it at 3 weeks instead. Participating in the TT tournament, the verminion tournament and doing the Fashion Report are your main sources of MGP income, worth about 60~80k each of these events. Aside that there are low hanging fruits in the challenge log: 5 verminion matches, 3 chocobo races, 3 minigames, and 10 TT matches for another 60~80k per week.

So I'm having an issue with an NPC not spawning in the quest to start the Doma stuff. I can pick up the quest and get pointed to a space where it says Mitsuba is, but nothing to greet me. I'm pretty sure I did the requirement quests (found the ones that would show up when googling in my completed journal), tried reloading zone, reloading game, changing job, abandoning quest, etc. with no dice, and I can't find anyone else saying that she won't show up. depends on what you want.
16 hour ventures are an okay source of Allagan Coins if you want slow direct gil with no fuss. Some ranks have minions that can sell decently.
Hunting Ventures if you need specific things or if said specific things are a decent profit.
Quick Ventures if you want to basically spin a monstrous roulette wheel and hope you win big on items like rare dyes.

Top half of cards give better damage boost to Melee/Tanks, Bottom half for Ranged/Healers.
Solar/Lunar/Celestial Seals are used to power up a move called Divination which is an AOE damage buff every 2 minutes. Lord/Lady are stronger versions of the cards that give seals, but with the catch of them not giving a seal.
besides Divination, they're all single target that lasts for 15 seconds. The Seal cards are a 3%/6% buff, and Lord/Lady are 4%/8%, the smaller % if you gave them to a job they're not good for.

Yes it's the only seals shop. The cap is increased by getting promotions, the current max is 90k.

and just in case you're curious, you rank up with your GC (Grand Company) by completing the GC-exclusive hunting log, spending seals by talking to the person next to the quarter master, or occasionally doing quests for them (for certain levels)

Beat the MSQ up to level 50 and you’ll get flying in all ARR zones. When you get to expansion zones you have to put a little more effort into unlocking flight zone by zone, but it’s very easy.

Guys I'm getting absolutely destroyed on WHM "A Journey of Purification". My item level is 101. I started off by trying to keep the NPCs alive with heals, but the heals aren't very powerful and the NPCs don't do much damage so kept getting overrun by mobs.. So I switched tactics and tried to focus down all the adds with damage to avoid being swarmed, by my damage isn't doing enough and we (me and npcs) get swarmed and I die quick.
I'm throwing Aero on everything I can, I'm spamming holy, I'm using swiftcast as often as I can, and I'm pummelling the adds with low health with stone II. Nothign I do seems to work.. what am I doing wrong?
