You unlock verflare at 68 if I recall correctly

When you complete a melee combo, your long white and black mana casts get replaced by verholy and verflare respectively

It's basically your big nuke spell until you get scorch in Shadowbringers

Make sure you have the chocobo mount unlocked so you can get around faster. Teleport whenever you need to go somewhere far away.

Other than that, uh, read fast I guess

I very strongly advise you to get your level 30 class quest done though

that will unlock your job

Other than gladiator, I can't think of any class quest at 30 that would be a really steep gear check. It's very rarely the case that you fail a solo instance because of your gear

So, I finished yesterday ARR story-line. I was checking there are 4 raids in ARR (Coils of Bahamut). I would like to experience those (specially the Savage difficulty one)
-Do people still play those?
-Is it easy to find groups for them?
-Do they scale down for people who are above the ilvl of it? (as I would like to experience them without people stomping them due to high lvl/ilvl)

Coils are a bit odd as far as raids go. First of all there is no savage difficulty for them, or rather there is no normal difficulty. They are just a savage equivalent.

You can run them synced or unsynced as with most content of the game. Meaning it's your choice if people get scaled down or not.

However it would be pretty hard to find people willing to run it synced, it's not really current content anymore.

Even unsynced it might be difficult to find people because you can pretty much run all of them solo at lvl 80

The difficulty of finding people who want to run Coil synced for the challenge cannot be understated

Old difficult content is something very few people are interested in

in part because fight design has come a long way since ARR

You might find friends among BLUs. You get an achievement for doing all Bahamut capstones, and savage Alexander capstones with echo off.

The easiest weapon replacement to get is probably the current relic weapon at its base level. That can then be upgraded progressively if you're so inclined.

if your current network is route to a bad link then VPN (might) reroute you to the good one thus result in better connection

but in some cases, it won't help. for example your area bandwidth is running out at that time but your ISP do nothing to increase them

If it's your first job then there really is no need to farm the poetics gear. The msq will provide you with suitable equipment. Not quite as good but still alright.

Also, do yourself a favor: Save the gear if you have Glamour Chest/Retainer room for your next class that's going to be using it. When I started working all classes, I would do them by armor type so I would just buy the 50's gear once, use it across all classes until they were 60, then use that 60 gear across all till 70, etc.

'What is Glamour and how do I unlock it?'

Glamour is the process of changing an equipment's look into a different item with the use of Glamour Prisms. You can unlock the ability to glamour by doing the level 15 quests 'If I Had a Glamour' in Vesper Bay, West Thanalan. Although not required, you can unlock the ability to dye gear with the nearby quest 'Color Your World'. You can get the Orange Juice needed by talking to the nearby Merchant & Mender. Items used for glamouring are not lost upon use.

'How do I glamour? Where do I get more Prisms?'

Glamouring is done by right-clicking (Square or X on controllers) on the equipment you want to glamour and choosing the option 'Cast Glamour'. After clicking this you choose the item you want the appearance on the right half of the menu that opened up. You can get more Glamour Prisms by either crafting them after completing the quest 'Absolutely Glamourous', buying them from your Grand Company Quartermaster, or buying them from the marketboard.

yes applying a glamour over your gear changes its appearance to what you glamoured it to provided you meet the requirements

You can either glamour the gear which permanently changes THAT gear pieces look until you clear the glamour manually, or you can apply a "Glamour Plate", which applies a look to all your gear parts until cleared as an overall "look".

What spells are a must have to make dungeon runs extremely quick right now?
