They do give significant experience and you can cheese it with overgearing the quest requirements if you do it this way. If it is within your means to do the class quests as you go it doesn't hurt. But its not awful to leave them till later as long as you understand that some of your crafts will be tougher to execute without some vital skills

It depends on what content you're doing, what role you're doing it as, etc. If you mean is there a good way to set up the bar like a typical 1-2-3 combo? No. There are spells that interact with each other, and you'll want to weave your oGCDs, but set it up however you're comfortable.

Look at the page itself and you'll see the monsters. Mouse over them and they'll give you some info, like weakness and what status effects are useful against them.

If you're soloing dungeons for your spells vs grouping for them, grab Basic Instinct out of order. You'll want it. Get Aetherial Mimicry asap as well, since it augments you even as a dps.
