Doom always has one of 3 responses in this game:
1.) Heal it off - either proactively or retroactively ensure that the player is at 100% HP.
2.) Esuna
3.) Special mechanic - there are a couple of bosses with a Doom mechanic, such as the Angra Mainyu in WoD or the first boss of Sunken Temple of Qarn, where you have to stand on a glowy pad. This is the rarest of the three possibilities, but still possible.
I haven't done DR yet, so I don't know for certain which of the three responses is appropriate.

I mean, yeah. If you create a whole party on your own you're going to have zero queue time. If you're going for partial parties, or solo, the most optimal way is to play a tank or healer class yourself. Even in non-peak times your queue times are likely to be fairly short with that condition fulfilled.

Yes. Tank and healer queues are typically in the under 5 minute range, while dps queues can be up to 20 or 30 minutes depending on the time of day.
It is exceedingly rare for a tank or healer to have a queue time over 10 minutes.
Even having a tank or healer friend queue with you (as a dps) can cut your queue time significantly.

This is my biggest problem. Spent 5 hours in Bozja yesterday and got 3 tokens. While mindlessly farming an 6 years old raid with BLUs can finish you under 2 hours. So idiotic really. There is no way to defend this system and why they did this. Like legit feels like they want to kill Bozja with one hand while trying to keep alive with the other.

Leveling time depends on several different factors. It's not a simple answer. Depends on how you level (dungeons vs potd), what role (tanks and healers have faster dungeon queue), whether or not you have Preferred/Road to 70 buff, etc.

Bozja is a large scale instance that's unlocked from level 80 quests, but can be entered at level 71 after that to level 71-80. However, I can't speak on how good it is because I haven't tried it for leveling yet.

from my experiences in bozja since you're automatically upscaled to level 80 anyway you might as well take a class at 71+ to get experience. it won't replace your usual leveling methods but it's a decent supplement

can look at mb and check which on sells best first or just buy 10 of each and sell
which is what i do because i'm lazy and they usually sell just fine

most 5x3 setups keep the expensive 3 plant permanently grown and never harvested
if you never harvest the plant, they never wither and can be permanently used for crossbreeding with the 5 plant
